You have posted so many times in the last few hours, I cannot believe you
are reading our responses.

The corrrect way to uninstall your printers is posted on my website at

http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm

You will find new and updated drivers at the websites of your printer
manufacturers. Having read your posts (numerous times!), those sites are:

www.hp.com
and
www.epson.com

At each site, look for the Drivers and Software link.

Input the model number of your printer and it will ask what operating system
you are running. The answer (since you are posting in the XP newsgroups) is
WindowsXP.

Download and install the software BEFORE connecting the printer to the PC.

My house is in a state of disrepair - I hate Hotpoint. It's the same thing.
Why are you blaming MS for your problems?! Just like Hotpoint only made my
washing machine, MS only supplied the OS to the OEM.
