attributes

When ever I try to open a photo album on a disk, I get this
message. It tells me to copy the pictures to a program, go
to properties, click archive and click OK. I does not work.
Has someone an easier medtghod. Thanks

Hi guys and girls my name is matt and am in deep shit from the wife
because we had a few hundred pics of our kids and friends in a folder
and now some of them seen to be hidden.There is a light grey tick on
the "read only" box of the main directory where the pics are but when
i go into the attributes on the pic itself it has a tick on the
"hidden" box but when i go to untick it,it says "an error occured
while applying attributes to the file:Access is denied

other pics in other directories seem to be fine and will let me veiw
them

Please help or point us in the right direction
