Audio File Properties/Summary/Advanced

I am talking about when you select an .mp3, you select
properties, select summary, and select advanced. Here, you
should be able to edit various things, maybe 3-4? I use to
be able to edit up to 12-14 things, ranging from Artist
name to album name. Although now, I can not edit much at
all. What is wrong?
