Posted: 04-10-2006, 03:28 PM
Hey there, at the minute i am only recieving audio through the left channel.
I have tested out my speakers and they work fine with other devices, so it
has to be my computer, so far i cant figure out how to restore the other
channel, any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Did it ever work properly? Have you checked the cabling and your speaker
profile? Do you get stereo if you plug in headphones instead?

The audio worked perfectly fine up until a couple of days ago. I have tested
the speakers and they work fine, and i have checked my computer with
headphones and other speakers but only get audio from the left channel.

Rightclick the sound icon (probably next to clock) and Open Volume Control.
Now check the Balance settings.

That was the first thing i checked. Thanks for the help but i think i am
going to have to have it checked over to see if it is a problem with the
sound card.
