KeePass is a SourceForge.net project; in other words, it is freeware or
shareware (it is free for personal use at least). It is popular. I have not
connection with the project except as a user. See:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/keepass

There are also versions for use in Windows Mobile devices and other media.

The following quote is from the page I reference above:

"KeePass Password Safe is a free, open source, light-weight and easy-to-use
password manager for Windows. You can store your passwords in a
highly-encrypted database, which is locked with one master password or key
file."
