automatic password

I need to know how to get my computer to stop putting my
password or username in my computer all the time the
dialog box doens't come up any more asking me do I want
windows to remember this. how do I get it back up>?

-internet options
--content tab
---autocomplete button
++++++++++++++++++++
clear these boxes.....as desired
[+] web addresses
[+] forms
[+] user names...
also press clear history button
