Autoplay in vista - crating a new group in the Autoplay manager

Is it possible to create a new media group in the Autoplay manager through
the Autorun.inf file on my CD?
Is it possible through some APIs or registry entries?
If the above solutions arenâ€™t available, is there any other way for my
application to automatically run when a device (disk on key ) is inserted?
