how do know if my auotorun is enabled or how do i make a
cd autorun on insertion.

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: AUTOPLAY , and hit enter.
Then click on "Change how your computer handles multimedia content".

Autorun

My autorun got turned off when i installed a cd burner i
picked up on the internet.It is called Cheetah.I
uninstalled it but the autorun is not working.How do
iturn it back on?

Go under the properties of the drive and chk auotrun
