Can anyone assist me as to identifying the purpose of
this file which resides in System32 directory.

I can't open it, I can't read it, I can't delete it, I
can't encrypt it, I can't move it.

Yet despite this, every time I run Sophos it takes hours
to pass through this one innocous looking fie and
sometimes hangs part way through, which is very annoying
as effectievly I can never do a true complete Sophos scan.

I have seen two references to it on other groups /
forums - one on WebProWorld where nobody, but nobody,
could find any useful purpose for it, and the other on a
Polish language forum which in translation, so a friend
tells me, says something on the lines of "what is this
little piece of c**p doing there".

As far as I am concerned it appears to have about as much
use as a nine dollar note.

Suggestions please.
