Avaible Editions of Indesign Middle East and where to buy?

Hi

Several years ago my company bought for a few projects an Edition of InDesign CS ME (Middle East).
Now I'm seeking for an upgrade, but I cannot find useful information on the Adobe Website.

What Editions are available (CS2/CS3/CS4)?
Where can I buy them? (My Company is located in Switzerland).
What Upgrade possibilities do I have from CS-Version?
