Default AVR Boost activity

I'd like you to checkout the following event logs that
I've got on my client's Windows 2000 Server:

Event log No.1

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: APCPBEAgent
Event Category: None
Event ID: 2002
Date: 8/5/2003
Time: 11:48:19 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER
Description:
"AVR Boost Active"

Event log No.1

Event Type: Information
Event Source: APCPBEAgent
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1061
Date: 8/5/2003
Time: 4:58:55 PM
User: N/A
Computer: SERVER
Description:
"AVR Boost No Longer Active"

I used the help tool to search for any topic that could
assist me in
understanding this events, but unfortunately there where
not topics available regarding this issue.

Your soonest assistance is highly appreciated and thanks
in advance for your support.
