Default Backups

Hi JoRene: I have a home built PC. Built it a few years ago. I don't have
a restore disk. I don't have a raid configuration. I am going to try Nero
Backup and see if that works. Thanks anyway.

Hey Merle,

It would help if you would include the thread you are replying to as JoRene
(the only person who would have a clue what you are talking about) may not
read this. Did you have a specific question?

Default Backups

I cannot make a backup. I get the error " A shadow copy could
not be created for the following reason" Access Denied 0x80070005. I
Tried to Restore to a
time when backup worked but no restore point. I could not create a restore
point. I tried to get into the group
policy editor to make a restore point but it is not available in premium.
??? don't know why. Checked google but error 0x80070005 seems to cover just
about every problem there is. So Now what? I'm to old to punt.
