Do you mean a separator page?

It should be in the printer properties.... usually under the Advanced tab.

I also have the same problem. I looked under advanced
properties tab and the separator page and there is
nothing in that box - should there be? What should it
be?

Since I upgraded to windows XP, I can not figure out how
to set my printer for printing banners. It was easy
before under settings I would check the banner box. I
have a HP deskjet 722c (yes I know ancient). I no longer
have the same options since I have upgraded. Can anyone
help?

Some older printers are given basic support in XP, but that is all.. contact
HP to see if they have a later version of the software package that would
work with your printer..

Pam,

Go into the Control Panel and look for "CSNW", that is the
Client Service for NetWare and uncheck the Print Options
for the Print Banner. That should stop the banner page
from printing.
