| Now that we have Windows XP I cannot use the edit command to open a batch file in Command Prompt. My prior knowledge of DOS commands is limited. I previously would use "edit" to open the file to make changes or check applicability for the task I needed. I see that the edit command is no longer available. Any help is appreciated. Kim | Guest
