Belkin Ultra ATA/133 PCI Card?

Vista Ultimate (32 bit) has been working beautifully for me so far, except
for one thing. I have three hard drives, one is SATA (acknowledged and
working with Vista), and then two older hard drivers which have been running
through an Ultra ATA/133 PCI Controller.

I can NOT get Vista to acknowledge this card. I've tried a few things, none
of which worked. I contacted Belkin, and they aren't interested in Vista in
the slightest.

Does anyone know if a work-around or generic driver or something exists that
would remedy my problem? Or can anyone supply me with a list of other
similiar ATA/133 PCI controllers that Vista WILL acknowledge?
