Best way to reinstall

Any guidelines as to how to reinstall build 5308 replacing the one
originally loaded? I'm presuming it is done as per a windows install but am
concerned about ending up with multiple entries in a system already set up
to dual boot MCE / Vista.

You should just be able to load in the DVD, click on Install and then
upgrade I think. I'm sure you can repair it this way... but if not, just to
a clean install - but you may have to put MCE on it afterwards because
installing Vista afterwards breaks the boot loader.

Right I'll give it a go over the weekend I think.

Erm installing Vista on top of MCE does not break the boot loader as I've
already done that once initially, after MCE was installed. I'm now offered
a dual boot menu, Vista or legacy MCE.
