Best way to setup VPN for vista to Server 2k3

Would someone from microsoft please post a step by step process or link to an
article about how to set up a fully functional VPN between Vista business and
a Server 2003 network using the Vista VPN client? I can reliably connect to
the VPN on my office network, but cannot access the fileshares. Please list
the requirements at both ends, ie what protocols need to be running, what
services need to be running, etc.

Our XP boxes do this with no trouble, but my vista business laptop won't see
the network shares. I can ping, and I can remote desktop to any computer on
the network, but no access to the files shares. Please let all of us know
what is the correct setup, or admit that this is a bug and will be fixed
soon.

It is really hard for me to recommend this vista upgrade to my users if we
can't do this basic and necessary task. And I really think that Vista is
pretty good. But these little quirks in vital features are definately
slowing down our migration.
