Blank dialog when inserting blank CD-R media

Hello everyone,

Before when I inserted a blank CD-R media into my burner,
Windows XP would pop up a dialog box asking me what I
wanted to do (Burn with Nero, Open as folder to write
files to, etc.) but now it opens up a blank dialog box
with no options. I can still open up the CD-R through My
Computer and write files to it in the normal fashion. Is
there a way to restore those options that pop up when I
first insert the CD-R blank media?
