blocking access to certain web sites

Posted: 08-21-2003, 09:58 PM
We're running a simple little 9 pc XP Pro workgroup and I want to restrict
access to only certain web sites on 6 of my 9 machines. What's the easiest
way to do this on a workgroup where users don't actually log in?

Thanks!

a netgear RP614 router can do this job for you nicely. Very good router with
web site blocking/keyword blocking. You may set rules for specific pc's!
cheers!

it depends on the router. I do not believe that is a feature on that
specific router. The RP614 can do just what your asking for.
