That stop code is UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME. The two parameters you listed
are the device object (used for debugging) and the status code. The status
code (c0000032) is STATUS_DISK_CORRUPT_ERROR and it means Windows thinks
your disk is corrupted. The recommended action is to run chkdsk, but before
you do that, check the cables. Make sure they aren't broken and are seated
properly. I would disconnect both ends, inspect the pins on the drive and
controller, and *carefully* reconnect the cable. Also, the cable should the
80-wire variety... not 40.

Chkdsk is one of the commands you access from the Recovery Console. Boot
off of your CD and enter "R" when it asks you if you want to use the
recovery console; you'll need the administrator password. Use "chkdsk /?"
to see help info. I think the option is /r to repair a bad file system.
Any files it needs that it cannot find on the drive will be extracted from
the CD.
