blue writing inwindows explorer

I have noticed in the past few weeks that some of the
file names in my windows explorer are in the color blue
rather than in black. It also seems like it is in folders
that I haven't used in a while. Was wondering what is
going on and if I should be concerned.

The color blue means that the file or folder has been compressed. Nothing to
be concerned about. Enjoy your computer.

Is it not blue for compressed folders and green for
compressed files?
