Update your video drivers from the computer mftr.'s website. I assume that you have a laptop. If updating the video drivers doesn't work, this is a hardware issue with the video card. If the machine is a laptop, this means you will need to call the laptop mftr.'s tech support for repair/replacement under your warranty. | Manufacturers website: http://amd.ati.com You just need to download new drivers for your computer. Some drivers are only available from the laptop manufacturer. You may try going there to the support section and download video card drivers. That may resolve the issue. -- Dustin Harper dharper@vistarip.com http://www.vistarip.com Alice wrote: Quote:

| I have some problems with my notebook because of the BlueScreens. It happens without reason, I think, and as that blue screen only takes five seconds to run out (and after that, the notebook reinitiates), I have never read what's in the screen. I hope you can help me determining what to do to fix this problem. If more information is needed, please contact me at: logged_in@sapo.pt .. | Guest

| Hi everybody! I'm having random Bluescreens lately, the error messege is: IRQL_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP 0x0000000a After a reboot, windows bluescreens again just before the login... I can't read the messege, because it instantly reboots again. It occurs randomly, sometimes after hours, sometimes after minutes, during gaming and simple browsing... I did not change any hardware, but I recently updated the nvidia graphics driver, could this cause the BSOD? I also updated Kaspersky to version 2009. Yes it could, did this start almost immediately after the driver update? Best method I have found for NVidia driver install is :- Download driver from NVidia site (The auto select works just fine so far) and save the driver somewhere easy to find. Reboot. Go to Add / remove and uninstall old driver. Reboot (Resolution may be messed up but oh well) Install new driver from saved file. Reboot as requested by the installer. If two video cards are installed be careful to check there isn't another installer running behind the full screen "Reboot" window - have seen this happen once - hmm... If you installed by "Running" from the website or did not remove old driver first this just might be the problem. This seems to be the problem if you install from MS Windows update when NVidia drivers get offered there, I think it wants to be "Alone" when installing and of course if there have been other things going on it's not "Alone". | Guest
