Bluetooth

I cant seem to figure out how to send music from my computer to my mobile
phone. I have added the device and made it visible. When I get to the point
where I want to send the file it says that Microsoft Windows Operating System
has stopped working.??? Am I doing something wrong?

I have Windows XP. How do you enable your computer to receive bluetooth from
a mobile phone. Windows Help suggest accessing Bluetooth Devices in Control
Panel, but can't find this folder in Control Panel. Help!!!

To use Bluetooth, you would have to install a bluetooth device on your XP
computer first.

I cannot transfer any files using bluetooth. A comment of "An Invalid agument
Was Supplied" appears. Can anybody help me
