bmp instead of jpg

Hi there,

yesterday I was normally saving jpg's to "my
pictures" and today the machine won't see the file name
and tries to save the file as "untitled" and as a bitmap
file.

Anyone with suggestions on how to fix this would be
greatly appreciated.
