broadband wireless G-kit MN-820

have just bought a broadband wireless G-kit MN-820, for
my notebook to access the internet without any wires. I
do not have broadband where i live and i was told this
system would still work on a normal dial up. I have got
it to network between two pc's but cannot get access to
the internet. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, IS THEIR A
SOLUTION OR HAVE I BEEN MISSOLD.
