Brother MFC 9200C can't scan legal size paper properly

Posted: 10-03-2003, 10:40 PM
Hi there,

Brother MFC 9200C has 3 functions(scnner, copier,
printer) in one unit.
When I scan legal size paper into computer(running XP),
the result would miss bottom portion of the scanned
content. Letter size would scan just fine.

According to Brother customer service, MFC 9200C doesn't
work properly with XP. Has any one solved this problem?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Run Brother's "scanner utility" in the program group. There is an option to enable LEGAL size scanning.
