buffer overrun

Installed XP pro, now I cannot burn CD or DVD because
of "Buffer overrun". New problem for me that I do not
understand. Desparately seeking solution.

Sounds like you put xp on a slow machine. Make sure you have turned off all
background programs and your screen saver before you try to burn.
