Build 5728 still "A required CD/DVD drive device is missing"

During the basic installation the issue "A required CD/DVD drive
device is missing" is in build 5728 NOT FIXED!

May we get an official statement whether this is acknowledged or
not...

Chipset: Nvidia nForce SLI
CPU: AMD X2
DVD: LG 4167B
Installation: x64
