Builds and Updates

I have been testing and have a few bugs that I would like to regiter, how do
I do that?

Also, I am on the build 5384. I know there ia newer build how do I get that.
I am a public beta tester and a partner.

You can also use a few sites but I am skeptical of what happens to what
you'd type in. It reminds me of MS Wish or rubbing my dog's head and hoping
I win the lottery and my 50 favorite movie actresses show up to cook me
dinner.

You can use the MBC --the MSFT Bug (Reporting) Client although I'm not sure
whether it is as detailed as the MBC.
