Built-in Administrator Account Disabled by Default

You have to wonder if this was planned all along. Since the Beta 2 CTP I've
been running as a standard user. It seemed to me that Vista was designed for
this with a standard user (and using run as administrator when needed)
working better than running with the crippled/fake administrator accounts.
