Camera downloading the same pics

I have a Sony camera, and whenever I used to download pictures onto my
computer, only the new pictures would get downloaded. However, now my
computer tries to download all of them everytime. I have no idea of what
happened. How can I fix this?

i am having the same problem with my panasonic camera... when i had xp i used
to be able to choose which pics to download and now with vista it downloads
all the pics everytime. really frusrtating when i only want a couple new pics
and there is like 200 on the card
