Re: Camera movement in PS3 degrades on transcoding

I don't know if you're referring to places where you use multiple copies of
the same picture, and change pans/zooms from one to the other.... if so, to
get smooth changes, you need to remove the default transitions that are
applied between copies of the same pix.

OK... I agree with your thoughts on it... but not being a Nero user, I don't
have any comments. Maybe something on my website's Making DVDs > Nero page
will help.

Before reading your last reply I tried Cyberlink Power Producer which was
worse, then used WINAVI to transcode and burned in Nero as before and the
result was erratic to say the least. Finally I selected the "sensible" option
in PS 3, viz PAL 768x576, burned in Nero Express, and it's been the best
result to date, definition maybe not quite as good as when I lumber Nero with
1024x768, but better than the Sonic plug-in and all jerky pan and zoom and
tilt problems have taken a holiday. I wouldn't be ashamed to send copies to
friends. So I'll stick with this "solution" while I start going through your
large site, seeking to get a proper overview of the whole process, and tips.
Regards.
