camera wizard does not open

when I plug my memory stick in my laptop, it detects it
and displays the usual choice of what I would like to do

I choose to copy pictures onto my computer using the
scanner and camera wizard, click OK but the wizard does
not start

I have used the wizard before, and I know how to copy the
photos without the wizard, just curious what is going on...
