Can I switch from German to English

Movie Maker is installed on my PC (win XP) in German and I'm not very good at
German.

I looked at the langauage packs for Movie Maker 2.1 and there is no language
pack for English.

I would un-install and re-install, but it does not appear on the list of
programs to un-install and I can't find a 2.1 product download anywhere on
the inet.

The last thing I tried was to look for files matching the language pack file
names, and there aren't any on my PC so I guess since my winXP is in German
Movie Maker was originally installed in German.

Can I switch from German to English
