Can invite succesful converence but can't be invited

and be Invited without problem, Same for files. Now the only way
that I can have a video confernece is to Invite. I can't send files
anymore but I can receive them. I recently upgraded my version of
messenger but I am at a loss as to why this is happening. I have a
Linksys cable modem router but I have not changed any setting on that
for months. Anyone have a idea on what is causing this.
