| I was downloading some Lenovo updates for an X61S and also ran scan wit Norton Anti-virus 2008. Somewhere along the way I lost my interne connections and the Diagnostic Policy Service is not running and denie access (error 5). I think something has to do with the Norton A firewall being activated and the windows being inactivated. I als cannot activate the windows firewall. Lastly it shows an interne connection with my Belkin router but whenever I try loading a browser i shows no connection. It was working fine for several days before this. I also rebooted to safe mode with networking and could not access still I only have an administrator account on this laptop -- rpd2008 | Guest
