Can No Longer Find Track Information

I put new CDs as I get them into my media library via the
Copy from CD feature of WMP. Up until today WMP also
correctly recognized the CD and named all the tracks for
each CD. Now, while it clearly knows what CD is in there
(it can pull up the album info) it names the
album "Unknown Album - [date]" and the tracks as Unknown
Artist, Track [x] and also no longer displays the track
length correctly. Is there a fix to these problems? It
makes having the albums on my computer a lot less useful
if I have to manually rename everything and manually
download the album art. Basically every function
associated with "Retrieve media information for CDs from
the Internet" is broken. Thanks for any help.
