Can not print from Internet Express or Outlook Express

Hi,

I understand that you are unable to print from Internet Explorer and
Outlook Express.

Please try these steps:

Click on start -> Run, run the following commands one after the other.
Regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll

Check if you are able to print from Internet Explorer and Outlook express
now.

Can you help i can not print from Internet Express &
Outlook Express, i click in the print button, or go to
file & print and nothing happens, i can print from word
etc so i know that the printer is ok, any help would be
great
