The bottom line is that if someone can physically sit down at your computer,
they can use commonly available tools to find the password for the user
accounts. What you need to do is make it as difficult, and time consuming as
possible.

Enabling the CTRL+ALT+DEL option does help, if a malicious program gets onto
the system. This keystroke combination provides a 'trusted path' and proves
that someone is physically accessing the computer.

When you create the password, you want to make it as complicated as
possible. Make sure it includes a combination of upper/lower case letters,
numbers, and keyboard characters. But the most important thing is that it is
very 'Loooooong'.
