canīt see Others Display Pictures

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

when i i use msn for mac i canīt se other peoples display picture. if i open a chat window i sometimes se their display picture but not always.
it has never worked properrly on my mac and i have tryed many versions (currently 7.0.1).
If I use some other program then MSN then I can see all the pictures.

I have tryed following:

1.)
Go to the Messenger menu > Preferences > Appearance tab (this is the
default tab).
In the "Display Picture" section, make sure "Show display pictures inside
conversations" and "Show large display pictures from others in a drawer" are
checked.
2.)
Launch Messenger, but don't sign-in
Choose the option to "Sign in with a different account . . ."
Click Clear Account History . . .
Click Clear History
Now click Sign-in and enter your credentials again.

All users but two use windows live messenger and the other two use Adium and mac messenger but i there is no difference what program they use.

However, everyone can see my picture.

Any suggestions??

This has been reported earlier on this forum, but so far we have not seen a soultion to the problem.
I've had this problem since version 6

I hope there will be a bug fix out soon that will address this problem.

I have the same problem. I have just installed version 7.0.1, thinking thta it was an incompatability between versions, but, alas, no. I have noticed however that I only do not see the other user's display picture if they are using their own pic. If they are using one of the preset pics then they appear fine. They, on the other hand, can see my personalised display pic just fine. Is this a Mac / PC thing?
