No, Windows XP Home Edition does not allow you to remote desktop into it.

I recommend UltraVNC for remote access/control of an XP Home machine. Get
the software including the encryption plug-in and XP video driver for the
host from...

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is "no".

You can't connect to an XP Home PC from an XP Pro PC.
