Cannot access computers

Hi there
i have 2 vista pc running ultimate.
The problem is i cannot access other copmputer or it me BUT when i go to
view netowrk map both computer appear to be there but when i say try to
access my other computer i cannot. I have ip addy set manually i can browse
internet whatnot but its just aint working for sharing files. Oh and we are
both on same workgroup too

Do you have a personal firewall either Windows Live OneCare, ZoneAlarm, or
Norton installed? If so, you need to make sure it is properly configured for
the local area network.
