Default Cannot access internet via adhoc connectio

I have successfully created an adhoc wireless connection between my two
notebooks. Notebook 1 has a dial-up connection to the internet. There is no
ics-page on the dialup. There is a disabled sharing page on the wireless
adapter telling that ics is disabled by the network administrator.
Notebook 2 has this tab availiable.
Notebook 1 is part of a domain, notebook 2 isn't.
Any ideas how to enables internet sharing in this situation?
