Cannot Change Computer Name Vista RC2

I can not change the computer name on Vista RC2. I set the name when I was
installing Vista, but I cannot change it now. I get the following error
message: [The following error occurred attempting to change the computer name
to "newname": Access is denied.]

I am logged in as the Administrator and the system is in a workgroup. Has
anyone attempted to rename the hostname after setting up the PC?
