At first could not open Image Zone ,now can not even instal not from cd
not downloaded from HP site
trouble_shooting : Uninstal reinstal, restore pc .

Image Zone software. To isolate the issue, I recommend you to uninstall
the software from your computer, remove the Product Identification
(PID)
keys from the Windows registry.''-advice from HP support center- did not
help either
