Cannot remove sound software

computer. I have even deleted the Key from the Registry.
usind Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel (and I
have tried 4-5 times)only results in the process looking
like it's working but, after I have restarted the
computer, the "#1@!%&*#2!!" thing is still there.I'm a
senior who is getting older faster by by the 'restart"! I
want to reinstall it but first have to remove the
original installation. Any help would be appreciated.
