Cannot use Defrag

I just recently installed XP Pro and slowly trying to get
it up and running. When I try to defrag, I get an error
message "Ordinal 6466 not found in MFC42u.dll". Is this
a fixable error or do I have to reinstall XP?

Doing a search with Google for: MFC42u.dll; seems to
indicate you have an invalid version of MFC42u.dll on your
