Re: cannot use the network printers

Dear all,

I have upgrated the computers in our company to Win XP
and I found a problem that the computers using Win XP
cannot see the network printers. From my experience, I
had to install NetBEUI in order to see the network
printers. Now, I know that support for the NETBEUI
protocol was not available in Windows XP. How can I solve
the problem.
