| both computers are running win xp home. i run the home networking wizard on both computers. when i try to view the other computer through the "My Network Connections" i only see my own computer. im out of ideas on how to make the computers see each other. | Guest

| Have you turned on XP's built in firewall or are you using other firewall? If you use firewall, you have to configure it to accept connections from the other machine.
