The Canon website is a good place to start:

However perhaps you are not in the US...... since I cannot see the C50
listed at all. Or perhaps you have the incorrect model of printer in your
posting. If you are outside the US, try the Canon website for your country.
If you are in the US, ensure you have the correct model.
